The Talent Management Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of key programs that shape IEM employees’ journey from day one throughout their career. This role will work closely with the Talent Development Team, HR team members, business leaders, and employees to ensure programs run smoothly, tools and resources are developed to help new hires integrate quickly, and Talent Management program participants have the resources they need to succeed.
